Maybe someone can explain briefly, I have to click on the promotion title and then go to their sites and fill out all of their information every one I want to enter? What about spamming for my phone number? Do you get a ton of calls from Spamming?
Sweepstakes are a form of advertising and the Sponsors don't want to offend you with phone calls and emails. The purpose is to familiarize you with their products and services. There are a few who will however, here's one - - - -

Scroll to the bottom of the entry form for bassmaster and read the fine print. Watch entry forms and rules for similar verbiage or agreements to waive your "do not call" rights.
As Artup3 said, you should get a form filler like Roboform, Dashlane or some other. They'll complete the entry form for you and save time. Google "form filler" or "form filler software" and you'll find others. Roboform is free if you limit yourself to 10 Logins (Passcards), and are a Non-Profit Customer. Here's a link to the Roboforms License Agreement where it spells out the 10 free passcard limit - - -
RoboForm License and Terms of Use
The only sites I use Roboform passcards for are sites like Sweepstakes Advantage. Your name will appear in a Roboform Tool Bar at the top of your Browser. Click on your name and Robo will fill out the sweepstakes entry form for you. Proof read, as Robo doesn't always get it right. It might put a zip code in a wrong field or record you with two last names and no first name.
If you haven't already, get an email account to use exclusively for sweeping.
Until you have more experience, read the fine print on the entry form, the rules and privacy policy. Then read the rules again.
After you've gained some experience, you can slack off on reading the rules for the well known major companies .
If something sounds to good to be true, it probably is - read everything carefully.
Did I say to read the rules?
