Or possibly, the problem could be a connection issue between the sponsor's website and your computer. You may want to dump your temp files and cookies in order to clear any cached pages that your computer is holding. For further technical assistance, you will need to contact the contest sponsor.

(and an FYI) SA doesn't work well with Opera, Safari or WebTV. Also anyone using IE6 or earlier should upgrade to the newest version.
