http://www.perkinelmer.com/ipod. You automatically will receive (1) entry into the Monthly Entry Period in which you purchased the PerkinElmer, Inc. product.
b. Bonus Entries Without Making a Purchase: To earn Bonus Entries without purchasing a PerkinElmer, Inc. product, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), age, and “PerkinElmer Monthly iPod Giveaway” on a 3” x 5” piece of paper. Mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to:
