HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE INSTANT WIN GAME:
To play the Game, Registrants must enter a valid tracking number OR a FedEx Kinko's receipt transaction number for a shipment or purchase made between September 1, 2006 through November 30, 2006. The tracking number or transaction number must be entered on firstandgoal.fedex.com and then the Registrant must play the Game to try and make a touchdown.
If a Registrant makes a touchdown and a winning message is revealed, the Registrant wins the prize specified, subject to verification of eligibility. Winning Registrants should print a copy of the online prize message for their records. Winners will also be notified on screen regarding when they should receive the prize.
There is no limit to the number of times a Registrant can play the Game, but each Registrant may only win up to (4) Game prizes.
ALTERNATIVE MEANS OF PLAYING GAME WITH NO PURCHASE OR SHIPMENT NECESSARY: To play the Game without shipping a FedEx package or making a FedEx Kinko's purchase, send a self-addressed stamped envelope including name, complete address, ZIP code and telephone number,
to be received by November 14, 2006 to:

Melville, NY 11775-7997. You will be sent a representative FedEx shipping tracking number or a FedEx Kinko's transaction number which you may use to play the Game on firstandgoal.fedex.com as described above.
Requests postmarked between November 15, 2006 and November 30, 2006, and received by December 8, 2006, ("Late Play Dates") will be played on the Registrant's behalf by the Administrator.

eligible persons who do not want to play online by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope including name, complete address, ZIP code, telephone number and FedEx shipping tracking number or FedEx Kinko's transaction number, to be received by November 30, 2006 to:

The game will be played on the Registrant's behalf by the Administrator. Only winning game play requests (during Late Play Dates) will be notified. Game play requests (during Late Play Dates) will not be returned or acknowledged unless the Registrant is a winner. Registrants may submit requests as often as they wish, but there is a limit of one request per self-addressed stamped envelope.
INSTANT WIN GAME PRIZES AND ERV'S: The following number and types of prizes are available to be won via the Game:

Unclaimed Instant Win Games prizes will not be awarded.

The Sweepstakes can be entered by eligible persons who do not want to register online, by hand-printing their name, complete address, ZIP code and telephone number on a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper. Entries must be mailed in a hand-addressed stamped envelope to:

Each entry must be mailed separately. Sweepstakes entries must be
postmarked between September 1, 2006, and November 30, 2006 and be received by December 7, 2006, to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Mechanically reproduced or fraudulent entries will not be accepted.

THE SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING PRIZE AND ERV:
The prize (1) for the winner of the Sweepstakes is a 5-day, 4-night trip for two to Honolulu, Hawaii, for the 2007 NFL Pro Bowl. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest to the winner's residence, standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations, two tickets to the 2007 NFL Pro Bowl, and private motor coach transfers to and from the Pro Bowl (ERV: $6,000).
