Dancing With The Stars Mystery Celebrity Star Dancer


begins at 8:00pm (ET) on September 13, 2006 and ends at 8:00am (ET) on November 16, 2006

open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands), 18 years of age or older

Entry limit: a total of (10) entries per person and email address/mobile phone per Show airing/weekly drawing, regardless of method of entry.

During each of the Dancing With The Stars shows that are scheduled to be aired on Wednesday evenings during the Promotion Period, (2) separate in-show video clips of a Mystery Celebrity Star Dancer will be broadcast (check local listings for dates and times when the show is aired).

The second video clip will build upon the first video clip to provide an additional clue to that week's Mystery Celebrity Star Dancer.

The Mystery Celebrity Star Dancer will be different each week.

Viewers will be provided a multiple choice selection and invited to guess the identity of each week's Mystery Celebrity Star Dancer to enter a separate weekly drawing for each week during the promotion period.

Entry into each weekly drawing is separate. Entry in a particular weekly drawing does not enter you into any other week's drawing.

The identity of each week's Mystery Celebrity Star Dancer will not be revealed or announced until the Dancing With The Stars show scheduled to be broadcast on the following Tuesday evening, at which time the weekly winner's name and address (city/state) is expected to be announced/shown on air during the broadcast.

At (2) separate predetermined times during each Wednesday broadcast of the Show, viewers will be invited to participate in the Promotion by answering the following question:

Who is tonight's Mystery Celebrity Star Dancer?

Entrants with the correct answer will be entered into the weekly random Grand Prize Drawing.

Entry limit: a total of (10) entries per person and email address/mobile phone per Show airing/weekly drawing, regardless of method of entry.

Enter via Mobile Phone: If you have a text messaging capable cell phone from a participating carrier, you may enter the Promotion, once prompted to by the announcer, by sending your selection of who you believe is the Mystery Celebrity Star Dancer as a text message to the short code 35353. Standard text messaging rates apply. In addition, a premium text message charge of $.99 will apply to all text messages sent and received in connection with the Promotion.

For every correct answer you submit via text messaging, you will receive (1) entry into the corresponding weekly Grand Prize drawing.

Entry Online: To enter the Promotion without charge and without using a text messaging capable cell phone, once prompted to by the announcer, visit www.abc.com and complete the online registration including your answer of the week's Mystery Celebrity Star Dancer. The Sweepstakes may only be entered online by a registered ABC.com guest ("Member").
