I had one blog site never send me the "Cereal Lovers Cookbook" I won no matter how many times I left comments and emailed them.  The email I received accidentally got deleted, so I can't remember the blog site anymore.

One blog site, the sponsor didn't fulfill any of the winners of a perfume.  They eventually got another sponsor to replace the prize with one of the same value.

Right now, I won a set of three games back in January that were supposed to be shipped out within 48 hours of my accepting the prize.  I never got them, and emailed the main contact of the site (there are several mommy bloggers on this site).  They copied me on an email to the mommy blogger running this particular sweepstakes to check with the sponsor as to what's going on with the delivery of the prize.  It's been almost two months since I won these games, and they have not at least given me the courtesy of giving me some explanation as to what is going on or if there is a problem.  This is one of the more well-known blog sites too.

This can also happens with regular sweepstakes.  In most cases, the blogger is not responsible for the sending out of a prize; and they do have to follow them same regulations and guidelines under the law just as any other sweepstakes--they do have rules for their sweepstakes.

The blogger simply hands over the winner's information to the sponsor for them to send out the prize.  For example, a Gorton's prize I got yesterday from a blog I won came directly from the company as is the case with most every prize.  Whenever there is a problem getting a prize, it usually lies with the sponsor not the blogger.
