I just tried to duplicate what you are talking about. The toyota instant for example. It does that if you link thru SA or go thru the rules. I dont believe it has anything to do with SA at all.

I have noticed it is timing on the PRIZE companys side to let in WINNERS for that hour & day then CLOSES then BACK on. It really is you being consistant & PLAYING everyday for that CHANCE to grab the SUPER prize of a 5.00 Starbucks card or a Supersize WATERBOTTLE lol  3m & Sweepy would know if something funny is going down. I do not understand all the web address business, but I know there are ways to tell if you win or lose before you play if you want to pay attention to all that. I also firmly believe you would see that at any place you log in to the different IW games and SA is not a scam. They are great people and give us a wonderful FREE service which we should be thanking them for. I for one know from looking around some that this is the best sweeps site for me and I think it is even better then the pay sites.
