 Waving  It is time for another giveaway.  There are two prizes, and there will be two winners.  The prizes are:

GREEN & BLACK'S CHOCOLATE RECIPES
by Caroline Jeremy
-- Chocolate lovers will “eat up” all the fantastic recipes in the cookbook that Gourmand World dubbed the “Best Chocolate Book in the World!" In addition to the traditional recipes connoisseurs know and love (Sunday Chocolate Cake and French Truffles), you'll find such toothsome savory treats as Chocolate Coffee Lamb (Country Living magazine calls it “wickedly decadent”) and spicy Chicken Mole. Then there are the Maya Gold Stollen, Vodka Chilli Chocolates, Chocolate Sorbet, and rich drinks and sauces, too. Fascinating stories about the history and myths of chocolate and its cultivation and production are woven throughout, along with plenty of gorgeous color photos, as well as tips for handling and cooking this incredible food of the gods!

CHOCOLATE
by Maxine Clark
-- Chocoholics rejoice! The good news is that recent studies have shown that chocolate has incredible health benefits and dark chocolate is filled with antioxidants—second only to the prune. So why not indulge with the exquisite recipes in Chocolate? It’s for your health!

From Chocolate Macaroons with Raspberry Buttercream and Queen of Sheba Chocolate & Almond Cake topped with rose petals to Chocolate Chile Truffles and dreamy Mint Chocolate Mousse, each decadent recipe is accompanied by an equally luscious color photograph. Whatever your chocolate weakness or passion—cookies, cakes, tarts, pies, ice creams, drinks, candies, sauces—you’ll find it in this book in all its irresistible variations!

=============================================================================================

To enter, post a comment telling me which book you would prefer to win.  All SA members in good standing may enter ONCE per day.  Winners will be determined at random...with the first winner getting one book, the second winner getting the other.  This giveaway is open until 5pm CDT, Friday May 23, 2008.  Good luck....!

Thanks for the contest.  Both look GREAT, but the cover of the "Chocolate" book looks the best.  You know how a win is a win, well, a book of chocolate recipes is a book of chocolate recipes!  laughing
