wondering if your name is on a winners list? Its easy to find out just set up a Google alert that will email you anytime the search terms you enter are posted online. For example~"Jane doe"+ IL + winner.. when that name and state is posted on a winners list you will be notified. http://www.google.com/alerts  set it for comprehensive..

For instance:
