Cin, I didn't really understand it until I registered & spent a day watching & reading the other's posts. Your limited to 140 words so you can only type 2-3 sentences. Basically mini diaries that people post & others read in real time. It's really quite neat. When your extremely busy a couple lines here and there are much easier than trying to write a whole book. I just managed to get my phone to text my kids. I finally learned how to work my new computer without crashing it. I'll check out twitter, but my hubby says I'm technologically challenged! If we still had a vcr (which I miss) it would still be flashing I'm a retired schoolteacher and could handle 40 4year olds in one day, but this electronic stuff drives me nuts. But it does sound like fun... |

Last weekend I found that I am a twitter freak! My daughters dance team was in Orlando, FL at the yearly National Dance Team Competition. I couldn't be there but I signed up on Twitter and every single time something happened or video footage and results were uploaded onto the web; I get a tweet. It was awesome. Now I'm following a couple of things on twitter. I did make the mistake of signing up to follow the St Louis Cardinals baseball team. DON'T ask for updates on something that popular. You'll be getting texts every ten seconds. I "un tweeted" them. I can catch up with them on ESPN.com when I'm in the mood
