I had just received this in the mail.Please tell me is this another scam?  Of course it starts out Dear Lucky winner We are happy to inform you of the end of the result of the AUSTRALIAN INTERNATIONAL LOTTERY DRAW held November 1st 2006. Of all the 54 finalist playing 6,000 tickets Your name attached.....Goes on to say This is tax free draw, This winning has Been deposited in escrow account until you claim it and this claim can be done through our trusted OSA Agent.  Then it gives a telephone number an OSA agent Dr Howard Young or Email howrdyoung@yahoo.co.uk
Has a  Reference number at the bottom of letter its says"The choice your winning is yours,Please become a Millionaire now by claiming this winnings and Don't allow any Negative past to experience to stop you. We have Heard That A Lot of People Have Been Scammed Recently,But We Guarantee That This Is Not A Scam."
