I clicked on Profile and I scrolled to the bottom of the page but nowhere does it say Avatar Control Panal.

look to the left where it says Forum Profile Information and click on that it will take you to the modify screen for changing profile

the page will have profile info like> I have my own pic:
Specify your own avatar by URL. (ex: http://www.mypage.com/mypic.gif)
   
   I will upload my own picture:   it will give you the option of how you want to add your avatar

an easy way is to right click on the avatar you want to use and click on "copy image location" then paste that info into >I have my own pic:
Specify your own avatar by URL. (ex: http://www.mypage.com/mypic.gif) and at the bottom of page click change profile

I think I finally figured out how to use the avatars. It took awhile because I'm completely useless when it comes to doing things like this on the computer. Thanks for the help everyone.
