This one almost fooled me, until I realized that it went to my yahoo email which is not the email linked to my account.  It looks very authentic and even mentions some of Bank of America's own site security measures.  If you get it you can forward it to abuse@bankofamerica.com and they will research its origin and take steps against these bleeping scammers:

The text of the email goes as follows:

Quote
We detected irregular activity on your Bank of America Check Card . For your protection, you must verify this activity before you can continue using your card.

Please visit Online Banking at www.bankofamerica.com/information.cgi?=verify to review your account activity. We will review the activity on your account and upon verification, we will remove any restrictions placed on your account.

This alert relates to your Online Banking profile, rather than a particular account. This is for verification purposes only.
