I posted a little while ago that I had won a $1000 gift certificate from Maxim back in April. Well it's been a little over 7 months and I still haven't recieved it....or any help for that matter! I have been bounce4d around to about 6 different people at Maxim and no one will return my calls or help me. I have repeatedly contacted the company that ran the sweeps and they keep assuring that the 'new' person that I'm passed to will help me....NOT!!!! It looks I'll never see my biggest win because I don't know what to do anymore  cry
Oh yeah, the affy was signed and they recieved it in April.

Sorry just needed to vent.

sunny Don't give up hope. Although who couldn't use an extra grand during the holiday season.  I have had prizes that took nearly a year to get. A certified letter requiring a signature on their end is probably going to work better at getting to the right person than a phone call.

I take it this was from the Icehouse contest...I also won the $1,000 Maxim Online gift card in this. I have Miller looking into it at the moment because they told me Maxim was giving ALL the winners the runaround so I'm not too concerned yet.

two winners and neither got the prize.  scratch  Thats not good. I hope yall get it worked out. thats a really nice prize. keep talking nice for a little while longer and if that doesnt help you can always threaten legal action.  laughing most states have rules about this sort of thing.

That is bad news hope you get your money soon.  I would send them a certified letter and follow up with a phone call in 2 weeks.

I agree with that-that is terrible not to get a win you received!

The parent company for Maxim is Quadrangle
http://www.quadranglegroup.com/contact.HTML
Have you contacted them directly. They recently acquired Maxim and may be interested in customer service issues.
