I won on the Unilever instant win.  Instead of sending me a tote or the monthly win, they sent me an empty plastic blue envelope w/my name on it!

Are you sure the prize wasn't just invisible? That would be a real collectors item ya' know.  crazy tongue

 sunny Congratulations on getting the win! I would contact the sponsor if you really want the reusable shopping bag. I did get mine and it is alot prettier than some of the others that I have won.

I certainly understand your feelings and agree that contacting the sponsor would be a good idea.

However, I moved this to the Gripe/Vent thread so that "BOO Unilever" doesn't show up on our homepage when the Winners Circle notes flash up.  Hopefully Unilever will make good on their error and send you the correct prize soon.
