Hello!   This is my first post and first win. I really would adore some advice and I can't stop wondering about this.  Anywho I entered this:

And on Nov. 23rd I got a letter in the mail saying I won (it was dated Nov. 4th) one of four no! no! hair. It also said I will shortly receive further details of how to claim, I just needed to email them acknowledging the letter.

I replied that night saying how excited I was, that I received the letter and thanked them for the opportunity to win. It has now been a month and no letter, no reply email. I have a bad feeling they didn't get the email. I also tried to re-read the rules on the website, and it is conveniently gone. It is driving me slightly mad not knowing.

So, I would really love your advice on wether I should wait longer, email them back, write a letter, or just move on cause it is a UK sweepstakes, and I might not be eligible and maybe missed that the first time I read the rules .  So if I should email them again what should I say so is not to anger/annoy them?
