submit a written essay describing how their "Birthday Wish Blowout". A Birthday Wish Blowout idea is an unconventional plan for an experience expressed in essay form, (hereafter, "Entry").
Entrants must choose to write their essay from a Prize Level perspective ("Prize Level") and select from one of the following Prize Levels: Grand Prize $5,000, First Prize $2,500 or Second Prize $1,000 as indicated on the Website and explain in their Entry how they plan to have their experience within the budgeted amount for such Prize Level. Entry must contain a minimum of 500 characters and cannot exceed 1,000 characters and must be in English.
Limit (1) Entry for the Grand Prize Level; (1) Entry for the First Prize Level and (1) Entry for the Second Prize Level per person/PID per Round for a total of (3) Entries per person/PID per Round.
CONTEST TIMING: The Contest is separated into (3) rounds (each a "Round"). Each Round contains a submission period ("Submission Period") and a voting period ("Voting Period") as outlined in the chart below. Sponsor's computer is the official clock for this Contest. These Entries will be reviewed and scored by a panel of judges (comprised of Sponsor's consumer marketing professionals and representatives from Sponsor's advertising agency) whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest, based on the following criteria ("Judging Criteria") which will be applied to these Entries for each Prize Level: originality (20%), creativity (20%), uniqueness (20%), and the ability to have the experience within the budget prescribed for the Prize Level relating to such Entry (40%). Eleven (11) Finalists with the highest scores awarded by the judges for each Prize Level within two (2) weeks of the conclusion of the respective Submission Period (each a "Finalist") will be deemed "Finalist Entries".
