I just got notice of my first decent win.  A set of skiis and bindings from K Kirkpatrick valued at over $1000.00 and then shortly after received email they want to "recall that notification."  What gives?  I was so excited for my first big win and now it sounds like they aren't going to let me have it. No explanation at all. Even had sent the link to the forms to be filled out, etc.  I just tried to email them and ask what was going on....Have you any idea?

I would double check the rules and also look for a phone number to talk to someone.  Did you you autofill and this contest will not allow it?  I have been reading the rules to contests quite a bit and often see that you are automatically disqualified if you use such programs.  If not, then I sure would want to give them a call.  Just a few thoughts; GOOD LUCK, I hope you get the skis :smt011

I sent them an email yesterday evening as soon as I found it.  The email recalling the first one,  came 2 hours after the email telling me I won the skis.  I looked over the rules and couldnt find out anything I had done wrong.  I did use the roboform, but everyone says it is ok to use that except on the Suzuki ones,  and I entered daily.  Surely I didn't somehow enter twice on one day or something?  Hoping they at least email me before the 48 hours is up to send in the forms.  thanks   Will keep you posted.  It is $1085.00 worth of skis and bindings.  UGH!

Update:  I received email from them this morning saying that I had indeed won the skis and bindings valued at $1085.00.  the reason they recalled the first notification was because they had the wrong fax number on it and they sent me the correct one today with an apology for the confusion.  I just came from town after faxing them the W9 form and got email that they would be shipping the skis right out. I am very excited.  I will give these to our son.  I am sure he will have the fanciest set of skis in Iowa.  LOL!  We do have a small ski area next to us, believe it or not.  Glad this one has a happy ending...

yeah, it had me wondering all night long.  I just assumed I  inadvertently entered it more than once in a day or something foolish like that.  they didn't say why they were recalling the notification, just that they were.

thanks everyone.  I gotta tell you, these were the nicest people.  I have received several emails from them today and the skis are being shipped out Monday.  The contest just ended Saturday.  That is great service!  And Yes, I did thank the sponsor again.

As I started reading this I was wondering if it might be something as simple as a typo in their email.  Glad to hear it was!  Congrats!!!

Aslo got the Tide Switch and Save win in the mail yesterday.  Somehow it didnt get sent to me and I emailed them.  She said she would check the address and send it out again.  I bet someone else got it as the mail delivery here in the country is something else.  Was a Home Depot credit card in there that anyone could use.  Skis came already on Wednesday.  I'm a happy camper!
