I won this instant contest back on 09/2007. I received an e-mail telling me to mail my address and info, which I did. To date I have not received any candle, but lots of junk mail asking me to sell candles. I have e-mailed them 5 times asking them if they will be sending my prize, and received no answer. Has any one else won anything from them and received it? I am really hoping this is just a misunderstanding and they have lost my address or something. I e-mailed again today. will report if any answer. waiting again

My sister purchased from them once. Oh my gawd... I will make a long story short and tell you that she bought online and it was a nightmare.

She ordered and two months later, after a few calls with the company reps being rude, nasty and even one time hung up on her telling her that she would get them when they were DONE, Sister put threw a dispute with Visa.

well it has been about a year and sad to say, no candle, not even an answer to my e-mails, guess they are not a company that keeps its word. too bad
