Have you tried some new chocolate lately?  Tried a new chocolate recipe?  Well share your experience with your fellow chocoholics.

Was it good, would you try it again?  If you liked it and you baked it, please post the recipe or the name of the mix.

Enjoy!

Under the influence of sweeping (instant wins) I bought Pepperidge Farm Rialto. We had a bunch of friends over and after a long afternoon of grilling and salads, I served the Rialtos, which our guests paired with red wine, for dessert. Everyone raved about the combo (but didn't save any for me!).

So, if you start with some good chocolate, add a little flair, and you just might end up with a grown-up version of cookies and milk! :D

Could be formal, I guess, but we were sitting outdoors, and it was very informal. The guy who did the pairing lived in Europe for a while, so I guess he just had the right touch. We should do it again, so I can try it!

I'm not taking sides here, Wolfie, but don't you think Ninja is brave and brilliant (or a little crazy, but that's good too), to make his/her very first post here in the Chocolate Forum? I don't think anyone else has ever done that!

Welcome, Ninja. Please tell us about your favorite chocolate and make our mouths water before you get embargoed along with our favorite chocolate guy, who I will not name.

Hi, Lee! Good to see you again!  Smile

Lee,

Can you tell me how to find the rest of the smileys? When I am on "Post reply" I see a row of smileys above the box where I type the reply. At the end of the row, it says "more." I click on "more" but only a few more smiley show up, in a pop-up box marked "Additional smileys." I am definitely missing something, and am not a computer-minded person. I would put one of those embarrassed smileys right about here [blushing smiley] if I could figure it out.

Thanks!

Rita

hiding Lee's seeing smileys in his head!!!!  Choco deprivation does that to you.   headbang

Did we scare Ninja off with talks of embargo?   scratch

Where have you been Rita?  I hope you haven't been searching for the chocolate shipments.  I intercepted those when your last embargo went into effect.  Now, it's too hot to ship them to you.   laughing

A few of those are really demented.  But there are a few that are appropriate to use on Lee.
