sunny Roasted Truffles, Lee, how creative ( or Wolfie would say desperate!) Maybe you could dip some strawberries or cashews in them. Do you have any special Texan summer fruits?

Wolfie,

"Chocolate Therapy™ - Chocolate ice cream with chocolate cookies and swirls of chocolate pudding"

Is that decadent therapy or what? Sounds like a cure for everything except guilt, but that won't stop me for looking for it! It is so chocolately, doesn't it need something like homemade whipped cream to offset the chocolate, so you can appreciate the choco even more? I think I will write to Ben & Jerry's and ask them if it is available, prepackaged. Supply and demand. If we all demand it, maybe they will supply us! Smile

Hey, Lee

That is the coolest (or is that hottest?) hot-chocolate maker I ever saw. Only problem is, it is breaking up the therapist, not the therapy! I think you need more chocolate!

I've been checking out healthy chocolates-the first one I've tried is the Clif Nectar Cacao Chocolate, Fruit & Nut Bar, Dark Chocolate Mocha. Its very good if you like strong dark chocolate. The ingredients are Dates (Organic), Almonds (Organic), Unsweetened Chocolate (Organic), Cocoa (Organic), Coffee Concentrate (Organic), Coffee (Organic) Its has a pronounced dark chocolate mocha flavor in a nut brownie like base.
I'm supposed to get in some LaraBars chocolate coconut next week.
Warning: This product will make you go to the bathroom (useful for me, since I am on opiates for chronic pain)

Yes, I am new to the forum but wanted to say I am thrilled to see a section of the forum dedicated to something I love...Chocolate!!

Any chocolate lovers here tried Green and Black's Chocolate??

They were giving free samples away on the internet a few month's ago and I sent for a sample. They sent milk chocolate and a sample of their bittersweet dark chocolate. The brand is organic by nature. The milk chocolate wasn't too bad but...No way could I ever acquire a taste for the bittersweet dark chocolate!! I had to toss it out.

I am not a lover of dark chocolate...(To me it tastes like baking chocolate) Nor am I a fan of high dollar chocolates such as Godiva/Whitman's etc...Just give me plain old Hershey's Milk Chocolate and I am happy!!

Just do not be alarmed if there is a large wolf in your trash laughing If you prefer the milder milk chocolates have you tried any of the British brands? Now is a great time of year to be ordering them to avoid melting in transit.
British milk chocolate really does taste different, even scientists agree

Thanx for the welcome into the chocolate world here at the forum!!

Yep they are singing my song!!

Speaking of chocolate....I had won almost $500 worth of Coffee am gift certificates on the International Delite IW Game....I cashed some of the certificates in and ordered some chocolate covered blueberries!!! They arrived yesterday and I have to say they are quite rich and decadent headbang

If any chocolate lovers here win on the coffee game and receive a coffee am gift code...Try some of the chocolate blueberries eat
They have the choco strawberries there also...I may give them a try next time...Of course the choco covered espresso beans are good also...Hmmm...So many choco choices...So little time laughing
