I received a winning entry in the instant win for Chili's. A confirmation followed saying that I did win and should submit the form with my address and phone number, so that they can send me GC. After I hit "submit", it came back with a red exclamation mark and a note that said " email exists for member". No idea what this means and it seems like submission was not accepted. I checked my account and the win was not there. How do you contact them? Do you think it went through anyway? I appreciate whatever help you can give me. Thanks! GLA

Go to Coke Rewards page. Look at the bottom of page for HELP. When the help page comes up there are several choices, but I didn't see one for your particular problem. So look on the right for: Do you have more questions? Ask Alyssa - click on that and ask away. Hope that helps.

Thanks for your reply. I did ask Alyssa and I was bounced back to the FAQ questions. Checked my account today and the win is not there. Is there a number I can call? Think that would help? Thanks again.
