Mail brought 2 Edo' cash cards....Tried to activate one card and the balance is a big fat goose egg!! Here we go with this fiasco all over again!! cussing

Congrats..... I think! I have been trying to get my card loaded for well over a month now and they keep telling me that it will be a couple of days and that they would email or call which still hasn't happened and I still have a big Zero on my card balance. I am to the point of just giving up and throwing the thing away. Hope U have better luck!

Same thing happened here. I have been sitting on 2 cards with zero balance, and called everbody i could, and still nothing resolved.

Same thing here, I have a card with a zero balance.  I called twice and emailed them.  They responded to my email right away and said that they would email me when the money was loaded on the card, but they don't have the card number.  I emailed them back and have not heard anything for a week so far.

 Waving Sorry to hear that the throwaway cards are such a problem. Glad I opted for the reloadable card. They even load it when I don't expect it.

Finally got an email telling me they loaded my card so I called the number and sure enough!!!!

Won another Coke card on Nov. 11th and got it today. Called the number and was shocked that it was already loaded!!! Seems they may have gotten the kinks worked out!!!! It is not a reloadable card since for some reason it won't let me get one.

I called the number on the card. They have customer service people that will try and help. I think the emails are not looked into as much as talking to a real person.
