Thanks anikka. I checked on my Best Buy win from late July.It showed an address confirm link.I confirmed and it moved to today date with processing staus. I guess I would never have gotten it.

I know this is way after the fact but I always save all the email confirmations re: prize win notifications in a "prize wins" folder on my email acct. and check thru them periodically and delete the ones once I receive them.  This way when I see one is late or dont know when it is due, they usually have the link to read the rules and reg's even after the contest is over.  But USUALLY I just reply to the email  and ask them directly & almost 99% of the time I receive a reply and the prize info needed.  Maybe this will help someone anyway.
