when I was filling out the form for my debit card (first win) it asked for my SS card number but where do you put it. am I blind?

The difference is in the type card you select. With the reloadable cards you must enter your SSN. If you select the non-reloadable card you do not have to enter your SSN.

Maybe, they're just doing this on the first reloadable card?
I just loaded our third win onto the card without it asking for my social security number.
