when I was filling out the form for my debit card (first win) it asked for my SS card number but where  do you put it. am I blind?  Waving

coke does now ask for it because they are required to by law

   The difference is in the type card you select.  With the reloadable cards you must enter your SSN.  If you select the non-reloadable card you do not have to enter your SSN.

Maybe, they're just doing this on the first reloadable card? scratch  I just loaded our third win onto the card without it asking for my social security number.
