Announcement of wins should be made in the winners circle. If it is from a contest that has many prizes you can put an alert in the mail forum.
Can they be deleted out of the COMMENTS of the new sweeps listed then? I hate having to search through post and posts of 'I WON A FLOWER ARRANGEMENT' just to find a code or UPC code.
When someone wins something, it doesnt need announced on the whole dang board! One thread is enough hairbandgirl - do you ever use the Note feature? It's perfect for posting those UPC's/codes - tip: hit enter a few times before and after posting to make it REALLY stand out!!!

Announcement of wins should be made in the winners circle. If it is from a contest that has many prizes you can put an alert in the mail forum. Most people check the winners circle for announcement of wins. They do it for many reasons. Obviously, they do it to offer congratulations, maybe some to scowl because you won the prize they wanted but many actually check it to see if there are winners from certain sponsors to gage whether or not to keep entering the contests. Most only check the mail forum to see what prizes are coming in like instants, or freebies... contests with a lot of prizes so they know when to keep an eye on the mail. Hope that helps Huh, I've been doing it wrong then - I figured a surprise win that showed up in the mail belonged in the mail forum to give those that entered a heads up!!!

Thanks Amyshulk for the info on the notes section. I will use that now for my codes! The one that is most annoying for me is the NWA one right now because I have to go back into my email to get my member# and then back into sweeps. I know, minor issue, but it's enough to be annoying....
So this should work for me, thanks!

I write my codes down on a lined Post-It note stuck to the bottom of my computer screen so it's right there in front of my face, or you could memorize it!

I have enough trouble remembering daily things--with two toddlers running around, I am lucky if I remember to shower....I think my "pregnancy brain" that everyone talks about has extended itself into my mom-hood (though I am not one of those lucky people who just "forgets to eat" unfortunately). Perhaps I'll go with a post it note....

I love the note section for this! I just put my info on there then copy it when I get to that sweep ~ put it in and move right on along! It couldn't be any easier. I never have to worry about losing it that way or my kids running off with it...

My MIL's kids range from 32 years old to 3 years old.. she wins Duct tape and children do not mix. Did you ever see the AFV video where the "older" kids (I think they were 6 and 4, duct taped their little brother who was about 2 to the wall? It was really funny. He wasn't hurt at all, he was smiling and laughing. Scares me I could see my boys doing that

Now that, I think, starts getting into great grandma territory! To be fair, the first 6 (David included) were with their Mom. She died due to Doctor negect and Suprang, (MIL) came over to America to help David's Dad raise the kids. Davids birth Mom and Suprang were best freinds and went Setti was very sick, she called Suprang and made her promise to come and help him. Suprang left Thailand and raised them and they feel in love in the process The 4 year old (I forgot, he turned 4 in November), was a TOTAL shock. She was 50 when he was born
