Hi everyone! I was just wondering if any of you go to IWON? I saw an Oprah show featuring guests who had won on IWON, so I figured it was legitamate,so I started going almost DAILY! Well it has been 2 YEARS!! And I have yet to win a single thing! I do the prize machine everyday! Well I am very discouraged with them, so I was wondering if any of you have ever won anything from IWON, or am I wasting my time?? Thank you all, have a great day! kokopelly

I have used I won for about 5 or 6 months, have not won anything but enjoy games. good luck to both of us in the future.

I've had IWON as my homepage for about 2 years now. Although I haven't won a thing there, I still like utilizing the weather section and the search engine, so I usually reach the required daily 100 mark in no time. I have kind of given up on winning anything there but I enjoy the site anyway.

When I began iWon it installed Gator spyware on my puter. It is sneaky and had stuff loaded all over the place. It took a long time to find it all and get it all off. By the way, I used AdAware and SpyBot (two free spyware removal programs) to finally get rid of all the Gator spyfiles.

Hey everyone! I read your replies and you know it made me even more sure about giving up on IWON! I don't know about only certain people winning, but it could be true, like I said I have been going there over 2 years and NEVER won even 5.00! As far as them being sneaky, I know what you mean! My husband tried to tell me one night when he was using the computer, he showed me all the nonsense that was downloaded on the computer that I did'nt even KNOW about! And it was from going to IWON! Tons of programs! Now I feel like they use their site more to track people! Anyhow, we have the spybot too, we also use the mailwasher, and de-frag the computer once a week. It drives him crazy, so I think it's time for me to for get about IWON, somethings not right about them! Thanks you guys for the input!!! Kokopelly

I have went to Iwon a lot and never won anything. I just think I am unlucky. Tn just started the Lottery and I won nothing on the tickets I bought. My brother took my money and went into the store and got me some tickets. I won $15 on one ticket. I told him he needed to buy mine from now on.

I have never won anything but I do go there now and then. I even have email there, but I rarely check it as I forget and haven't used it in a long time. I use the search engine frequenly since I have it in my task bar.
It would be nice to win something there.

I've had iwon as my homepage for about 3 years and now use it for my sweepstakes and freebies mail. I go there several times each day. Never won anything but also never had any problems either. No unwanted downloads, etc. of course I run my AdAware everyday and clear things out but I don't know that what I find there came fron iwon. It could have come from anywhere :wink:
I like the email account, the games are fun, news, weather, just a whole list of things to do there........ even if I never win anything from them it's still a worthwhile visit.

I have been going to iwon.com for several years and haven't won anything either. However, I know someone wins every MONTH/YEAR so why not me? I Can't win if'n I don't try! I am sure that they have installed "cookies" in my computer. SO WHAT!!! I enter over 150 contests every day, and I am sure iwon isn't the only one serving me cookies..... :wink: I look at it this way: when on the 'net I have to start somewhere... why not iwon? When I join contests I have to have an email address why not picklles@iwon.com? I get my 100 points a day and maybe just maybe one day I win. |

Hello everyone! It was not my intention to discourage any of the IWON users. If you like to go there, thats great, and I HOPE you do WIN something there! I just wanted to let people know about the problems with all of the programs that were filling space in my computer that took me forever to get rid of! And it really doas matter that things are installed on your computer that you don't know about, it is like leaving your front door open, it leaves more possibilities of getting hit with a virus etc. I wish you all the best, just wanted to pass on what I think is important information! Just yesterday I won a prize(a deck of Halloween type playing cards)-not much, but I win many small things, and every decade a big one. It is worth it. I suggest you subscribe to "Sweepstakes Profiles" or "Best Sweepstakes" as you have more of a chance than on line. I do BOTH, and aloso ON LINE. Sweepstakes are a great hobby, but only for the patient and persistant an d ONLY without consideration of time. Great success. aagla@jyahoo.com. |

I have been playing iwon.com for over a year. i have not won anything as yet but i go play daily. i have not had any problems with iwon.com, but i am sure if you do not play you have no chance of a win. so i continue to strife for a win and will continue to do so. it's like the lottery if it is meant to be..then it is meant to be. i have no knowledge of only certain people winning on iwon.com. i do believe they are not doing any unjustice to anyone..perhaps eagerness is more over powering than sitting back and enjoying the ride to a victory. one must remain focused and continue to strife for a win than making excuses for reasons they have not won.
