Strange things going on over there, Ken. I tried sending a message via the "Contact Us" format and got this rather cryptic reply; SMTP ERROR: Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 535 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed: UGFzc3dvcmQ6 SMTP ERROR: Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 554 5.7.1 : Sender address rejected: Access denied SMTP ERROR: Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 554 5.5.1 Error: no valid recipients SMTP ERROR: Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 221 2.7.0 Error: I can break rules, too. Goodbye.

Whenever I try to access "My Sweeps" I get a page that states;"No suitable nodes available for this request."
I hope you folks have success getting things worked out. I sure do miss my sweeps. Your site is so good I feel lost without it. Good luck and keep up the fine work!

No suitable nodes suggests not enough connections to the server available, you could just refresh the page for that one.

Thanks for doing such a quick job jumping on the problem. Not only can i not log in to MY SWEEPS....but the links for the new sweeps (missed yesterdays) doesnt work either!!

THANKS again SA.......I feel lost too without connecting each day as i start the day!!!

It looks like we figured out the performance problem. We are adding a bunch of new sweepstakes now. We have another project already on the burner to help prevent this type of problem in the future.

I see the issue of number of comments has been fixed in New Sweeps and Expiring Sweeps, but they are still not showing up in My Sweeps.  You said in reply to my post in the general forum that this issue was part of this issue.  I didn't know if you were aware that it wasn't working across the board.

We are still working on the fix for this. It has to be re-implemented in a way that allows for the best site performance. Thank you.
