This was on Oprah today a book by Jerry Seinfeld's wife on how to get your kids to eat veggies. She uses puree's I am so interested in the book I will check it out.

I would like to do this I already have a juicer and I get the pulp from fruits and vegtables but this sounds interesting.

My kids love their fruits and vegetables (I feel very blessed in that sense!) BUT my husband on the other hand, if a green thing touches his plate he freaks.  Do you think the purees would work for an adult too??  laughing

While I can never spell puree right (isn't spell check wonderful), I think this is a great way to get more veggies into anyones diet. On a similar note one cool product I recently tried is a chocolate bar made with puree dates! Its made by larabar and its called Jocolat

Who would think that fruit and nuts and unsweetened chocolate would taste so good!
