I caught most of "Dirty Harry" and the sequel.  Clint is the blueprint for macho tough guy, isn't he?

I love clint.   love   I was watching the marathon and tried to get my daughter to watch it with me and she tried.. got bored with it and said its sooo old. so! clint is the man!.. come on!..

I know what you're thinking. "Did he fire six shots or only five?" Well, to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I kind of lost track myself. But being as this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?       This is still one of my all time favorite movie quotes.

ya know what.. I think I'm going to watch unforgiven today.   laughing

I like the Dirty Harry movies but I absolutely LOVED The Bridges of Madison County  love  He and Meryl had such beautiful chemistry.

oh dont get me started on the bridges of madison county.. the one and only chick movie I watch. I love it. I go through a whole box of Kleenex every single time I watch it.    cry  And Meryl Streep is my favorite actress.  I love her in everything but Sophie's choice.. wont watch that movie ever again.. once was enough for me.

I swear you could be my twin  laughing  headbang

If we're going to talk Meryl we have to mention Silkwood  love  Was that not a "kleenex" movie too?  Especially at the end when she sings Amazing Grace after being ran off the road and killed  cry

I remember one day last winter they had both of those movies on back-to-back and I was a hot mess.  Those 2 movies + my monthly visitor= hubby quickly leaving the house to go do man things  laughing

Bridges of what? Whatchu talkin' 'bout Willis?!?  laughing
If I'm going to watch Clint it better be one of five movies:

1. The Outlaw Josey Wales
2. Pale Rider
3. Unforgiven
4. Every Which Way But Loose
5. Any Which Way You Can

I may be drawn into watching Pink Cadillac occasionally because of my odd obsession for Bernadette Peters. Other than those I find his stuff just...okay.

I can quote The Outlaw Josey Wales...it is my hubby's favorite Clint movie also.  Of course it is the one that the VCR ate the other day so I told him it was time for him to move on up to DVD's of Clint...he won't let me order them online though he is afraid they won't be first quality.  Still better than listening to me quote it ~ even though I have to say I could do better than ol' Sondra in that movie!  He wasn't thinking right when he cast her...in anything ~ EVER!
