That depends on how many times the word "stimulus" is mentioned.   

That may have been true at a time when they kept your money in the bank vault; but since we no longer exist on a monetary system and just electronic figures, there won't be any bank rushes any time soon.  We're many decades past that happening since our monetary system no longer had anything backing it anymore.
