What makes this cake different is that its made with Italian Chestnut Flour. Tonight I made this, a Pamela's chocolate cake (the rich pound cake w/chocolate chips) Gluten Free Pantry gingerbread, Chebe cheese bread and a (rice) pasta salad. The Pamela's cake seems a bit bitter for my tastes, but my roommate likes it. The Dowd and Rogers cake is amazing-the chestnut flour gives it a subtle difference that is had to describe.... Maybe I'll come up with an adequate description after I finish eating my half of the cake popcorn

 Waving  Wolfie!  I'm still waiting for a reply to my request of punishment for ping!  She actually DISSED my cutie-pie David Archuleta from American Idol.  I felt his pain at being dissed so cruelly.  I think a mandatory choco embargo for a length of time...so that she might see the error of her ways.

I expect an answer soon, Bat.  laughing I mean, Queen Wolfie!   It's not nice to keep the former King of the Realm waiting.  I DO have friends in high places, ya know.

Oh please!  I dumped the abusive old toad.  laughing I saw her melting Ex-Lax with old, stale choco from her vaults, and then making cookies to send to the peasant kids in other countries. nono

Oh, silly Red, the Queen does not pay taxes!  She taxes her loyal subjects in Chocolate!   headbang   whistle

Sticks, I punished Ping harshly!  I took chocolate away from her teenage daughters!  She has not had a peaceful PMS moment in months!   laughing   popcorn
