Hi, first let me say I know little to nothing on using computers. I got a cell phone that takes pics and want to download them to my pics on my computer, How do I do this, I have the cord to hook the phone to the usb on the computer, but don't know how to get it to download the pics after you plug it in. I really appreciate help and please keep it simple for us slow old lady. lol

Plug the thing in and then go into my computer .. it should pop up on there as a detachable flash drive or something similar .  Did the phone come with an instruction booklet.  Those are often useful.

Hubby lost instructions, it is a razor 2, and it does come up and show the name of the phone, but I dont know what to do next and every thing I try says device not reconized.

Is there a chance in heck you have still have the phone tools cd that came with your phone?  It has the drivers you need.  I checked the support site but couldn't find them there.  You can also check that out for instruction manuals.

no cd, but thank you for the help. we have to go to uscell next week, so will see if can get a disk, didn't know needed one. thanks

guess I will have to buy a disk, thank you guys very much for the help. I really am totally lost on computer stuff and the boy is in Afghanistan so mom has to either figure it out or wait. So many thanks for your time.
