A blonde walks into a NYC bank and says she is heading to Europe for a couple weeks and needs a $5,000 loan. 

The bank says, well, we are going to need some collateral since you aren't a customer.

Blonde says, well I have a $250,000 Rolls Royce parked out front?  Would that work as collateral?  Here are the keys, you can keep it until I repay the loan.

Bank officer swallows his shock and says, yes ma'am that would work fine.  So she hands over the keys and title.  The bank officer laughs while parking it in their underground garage "I can't believe that dumb blonde just gave us a rolls royce as collateral for a $5,000 loan."

Two weeks later the blonde shows up at the bank and pays the $5,000 plus $40 in interest. 

The bank says, "Pleased to do business with you, hope we can again".  Blonde says "Oh I would love to do business with you again!  Where else can I park a Rolls Royce for $40 for two weeks in NYC and make sure it is safe?"
