Wow, they really sock you! They left about 1/2 hour ago.  I am tired, and still have work to do.

But, at least the house is warm and my house guests won't freeze!   scratch  Now that I think of it, if they couldn't fix it, I could get my house back quicker!   laughing

I don't know why I am complaining other than to complain.  It wasn't the pump which they wouldn't have been able to fix until Wednesday, so I got off easy and warm!   laughing

Merry Christmas everyone.  I hope this is the worst any of us have to deal with this Christmas!   cheers

cheers  Glad to hear they got it up and running again. Household problems always are more irritating this time of year when everyone is short on time. At least you won't be waking up in the morning with icicles hanging off your nose! Have a Merry Christmas!  cheers

You needed my new Christmas gift ~ an electric blanket!!  I couldn't believe that my husband bought me one ~ something without me asking!!  Better than a diamond ring any day!!!  I freeze all the time, so yes, I probably would have ran screaming from your house laughing

Oh, now that's cold!  And I don't mean the temperature!   laughing

Tammy, enjoy your blanket.  It's the thoughtful gifts that mean the most.  But, it's not Christmas morning yet, how did you score a present?   scratch

So, why isn't everyone in bed waiting for Santa?  I am on my way!  Merry Christmas and thanks for letting me get it out!   sunny

Some people and their bragging ~ geez!!!

My husband is as bad as the kids ~ can't stand for me to wait one day to open a gift!  I have to hide stuff around here!!!

Santa has a sinus infection and is making sure everyone is good and asleep before sneezing in the other rooms of the house

I'm up hoping Santa brings me an instant win laughing
We're not doing presents this year. Since my Dad died we just can't get in the holiday spirit. My roommate did go to housesit at a friends house who has the most amazing trees she does-he liked that. I haven't even seen a Christmas tree this year since I have not been anywhere.
Glad you are staying warm! sunny

hmm....

jots down idea for next time the outlaws come to visit   laughing

Glad they fixed it. stinks not to have heat. Our heater when I was a kid, it's not fun.

On the other side, I have a cousin who is a plumber and folks would call and curse him out in the beginning of December because he could not come and put in a new kitchen, bath or ext that they HAD to have by Christmas. and of course, it was an "emergency" (I guess they had inlaws like mine! lol).

He'd get screamed at for not accommodating their lack of planning. Yeah, ummm ok.

and all the wives of carpenters, plumbers, electricians and other home builders are nodding when they just read that and rolled their eyes  Booty
