I won a $50 GC for Best Buy in the Kaplans In It To Win It sweeps that expired 9/30/2008.I have not received the card. I have sent 5 Emails to Eprize, and still no answer. I called them, and no results there, only a email addy to contact. Does anyone have a number to get a live body on the phone? THANKS

I just wanted to let anybody who has had a problem receiving their winnings my situation. Last Sept 2008 I won $100.00 Estee Lauder GC from Total Beauty's Beauty in the City. In Jan. 2009 I contacted them through my original winning email ( hadn't received it ) and after going back and forth about 6 emails later I received notice that it would be sent. Today I got my GC but instead of Estee Lauder they substituted it with $100.00 VISA cheers

. You just have to be vigilant and patient because I am happier with the VISA ( can use it for anything sunny

I also won the $100 GC from Estee Lauder & the Spray Tan & Nokoma T-shirt last Sep. I hadn't received either prize until I started contacting Eprize around a month ago with my conf email. Instead of the Spray Tan they substituted some type of cleansing product with a TB t shirt. Contacted them again last week regarding the $100 Estee Lauder GC (which I really, really want) and they sent another email stating I would be receiving my prize "shortly." I'm just glad their reply wasn't that they had already sent it months earlier. A $100 Visa will be perfect! laughing

I had also won the estee lauder $100 GC and emailed several times. Sometimes didn't get any responses at all. Then one day l also got an email that said it would be sent. I had gave up on it figuring it was a lost cause. Then I emailed again a few days again figuring it wouldn't hurt to and in the meantime they had sent me a $100 Visa which is better anyway. The guy from total beauty said they never had gotten the other giftcards from the company. I had won this in Sept too. Hang in there, who knows! Hope you do get it.
