I have this feeling everytime I wake up in the morning and go to bed. I don't know why, it's anxiety or something. It feels like "dread" and lingers all day. Hugs to you.
You should really see a doctor about it if you're getting that feeling pretty consistently. It's one thing to get that feeling every now and then, but when it's occurring that often it's not good. I suffered from depression and anxiety attacks during the time I was trying to figure out how to get divorced from my ex. It's not fun and it's not healthy for you.
