My DS lost out on a $500 win once when he didn't check his email for too long. He
rarely sweeps now.
When I get on my comp., the 1st thing I do is log on to SA, FB, and Twitter. I find being already logged in keeps me from getting hung up when I open sweeps links, and I can see right away if I have a new message.
I check the rules on FB sweeps I enter {well, I check them for
every sweeps I enter, JIC
} I look for out of the ordinary like:
if it ends early on the last day,
there is a fast turn around for responding,
how/when they notify, etc.,
then I use the
| Post Note | feature to post a note on it so I'll be reminded when I enter my sweeps if it's an IW/daily, since I have NO short term memory.
