Yea I said it.  Fedex is worse than Doug on King of Queens.

About an hour ago I got a call at work from Fedex about their driver who couldn't find my address.  I verified their information and left work to go see what they had for me (I live maybe 3 min from work).  No one shows up and nothing is on the porch.  I try to call and can't get back on that line.  I call the main number but they want me to give them the tracking number which I didn't get.

My situation is that I live in a trailer park.  My address is 1451 street lot 7.  A couple of years ago a housing authority put in an elderly apartment complex next door just before you get to the trailer park.  In their wisdom they gave the address to the apartments as 1415 street.  I've had several times where my mail, my ups packages, and my fedex packages have gone to 1415 street apartment 7 instead of the 1451 street lot 7.  I've made numerous complains to the post office.  I've asked for a change of address.  They say their hands are tied.

I've filed losses against Fedex and got the setllement.  A driver left my package at apartment 7 for some supplies I had ordered.  I saw him pass the house and looked on the computer.  He had posted that I had signed for the package (no one lived in apartment 7 because I checked).  I think Fedex drivers are more apt to lie and lose a package than UPS.

I recently changed my lot from 7 to 77 as the apartments don't go past 35 but I'm leary of that because if it isn't a confirmed number the computers at the delivering agencies spit it out and I might lose even more mail.
