How to Enter the Contest and Earn One Sweepstakes Entry:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: If you do not wish to purchase or do not own a jar of Francesco Rinaldi sauce, you may click where indicated to print a “virtual jar” and then use that virtual jar in your video in place of an actual jar. You must then return to the Contest Application and upload your video to the Contest Application.


JUDGING & PUBLIC VOTING TO DETERMINE (3) MONTHLY CONTEST WINNERS:

Voting: There will be (3) public voting periods, as follows:

1} 12:00:01 AM ET on 2/5/12 - 11:59:59 PM ET on 2/29/12
2} 12:00:01 AM ET on 3/1/12 - 11:59:59 PM ET on 3/31/12
3} 12:00:01 AM ET on 4/1/12 -11:59:59 PM ET on 4/30/12

Votes will be limited to (1) vote per person per day. Votes will not carry forward to subsequent voting periods.

At the end of each Voting Period, the Monthly Contest winner will be determined based on:
1. The highest number of public votes received during the specified voting period (30%); and
2. Judges score (70%).

In the event of a tie, tied entries will be re-judged, based 100% on Best Overall Video, to determine the monthly prize winner.

Potential Weekly Prize winners (based on breakdown in chart below) will be selected in separate random drawings on or about the Tuesday of each following week (beginning 2/14/12 through 5/1/12) from among all eligible Entries received prior to 11:59:59 on the preceding Sunday of each week (except for the final week which ends on the following Monday).

Entries will be carried forward for subsequent Weekly drawings, if any.
