Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to use any coupons in conjunction with Pitch In cards.
The only thing that can be used with a Pitch in Card are below.
Credit card, Best Buy gift card, PayPal account or Best Buy store credit.
I am sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused.

No Bestbuy isnt honoring my win because they dont accept coupon codes to load a Bestbuy card when I won the $10 Bestbuy PitchInCard from Mycoke, and Mycoke sent me an email and said they fullfilled their end of the prize because they emailed me the code for the card, and Bestbuy is saying they will not accept a code so I really didnt win anything

This must be very frustrating for you, Barb.

I took a look at My Coke Rewards website and found some contact information. The win originated from Coke, so maybe they can fix it, not Best Buy. Here is the information, in case you haven't already tried, or you want to try again:

If you click on "contact us" which is in bold in the paragraph on the right, a box pops up for you to use. Plus there is this, "You can also call us toll free, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM ET, Monday Through Friday, at 866-674-2653."

I hope you can resolve this.

I think what she's trying to say is she won a $10 gift code.......
and is trying to put that $10 on a Best Buy gift card that she already has, but it won't work.

I wouldn't expect it to work that way either.  scratch
