Anyone from Grand Forks.  My daughter and her husband are moving there.  He is stationed there.  All I have found out is that the winter is cold and the bugs are big.  We plan on visiting later in the year depending on when and if he gets deployed.  When is the best time to visit? And what are some of the things we should really plan on seeing?
