I won a 3 day weekend rental from Hertz and never got an email or anything from them. I sent them two emails and got the same answer back, we take everything very seriously and we will research and get back with you. I havent heard anything back from them.   I think I am going to the BBB on them or try and find the name of the president to get my win.
