Thanks! She keeps telling us (her family) not to get her much for Christmas because she isn't able to give us much. I told her that I didn't want anything, but she could cook for me

Mid Missouri Chapter of Red Cross is the one that was there. Many churches in the area have also helped out and found her an apartment with one one month free rent. She will be moving in on the 1st. I thought about the coupons because I have a nice little stockpile going and I had just gone thru them and pulled out the expired ones.
Ok, I have to tell a short story. She got a box of clothes from a local church and in the box was a new unopened package of socks. She sat down and cried. Socks...she had something that was all hers, socks. You don't realize how much you have until you see someone with nothing.
