www.useupthebox.com, where consumers will be asked to vote for the best recipe
starting at 12:00 p.m. noon ET on or about February 1, 2012 and will end at 11:59 a.m. ET on March 14, 2012.
Voters must be at least 18 years old.
Limit one vote per person or e-mail address per day.
ONLINE DRAWINGS: Consumers that participate in the Online Voting will be entered in a drawing for one prize for each day of Online Voting, provided each meets the eligibility criteria stated above and submits an eligible vote during the Online Voting. Winners will be selected via random drawings at the conclusion of the Online Voting from all eligible entries received each day (12:00 a.m. ET to the following 11:59 p.m. ET, except the first day begins at 12:00 noon ET and the last day ends at 12:00 noon ET) and will be notified via mail. The drawings will be conducted by an independent judging agency, whose decisions are final and binding.
