I received an email from deal ticker saying that I have won an x box 360, they want me to fill out an affidavit with my name address, and ssn.  and fax this form to them.  What should I do? By the way this sweepstakes was on face book.

In my experience when you win a larger prize you have to fill out an affidavit and include your SSN. The reason is because they report this to the IRS and you will have to claim it on your taxes. Hope that helps and congrats on your win!

The FIRST thing I do when I get a winning email is check the listing and the rules. What was the name of the sweeps? Were you able to find the listing?

Doing a search for deal ticker took me to a dead site, and a brand new FB page?
