yesterday my daughter and I went to Mickey D's to the redbox to return some movies. I also needed to get something from the store next door so I parked at mcdonalds did the redbox thing and decided just to cross the little ditch separating the business. My daughter didnt want to do that so I said come on, a little exercise never hurt anyone.. no sooner had those words left my lips my ankle twisted and I fell in the ditch. It had rained all day long so this ditch was full of water. so not only was I soaking wet and muddy but now my ankle is swollen and hurts like hell. I bet it looked hilarious though.

Oh man, that's the pits! Hope your ankle gets better soon. I bet it looked hilarious though.
Probably. On the bright side, you now have a bit of an excuse not to do the other kind of sweeping for a while!

So sorry to hear about your accident. Where's the video? Will we be seeing you on Ytube? Try to keep your leg up and put ice on it for the first day. I broke my ankle a few years ago so I feel your pain.

Oh goodie! Parking lot run off-shall I list potential disease exposure now? Hope the ankle feels better soon. If you get any rashes or swollen lymph nodes....

Hope you feel better soon, but we know sprained ankles take a long time to get over. Well, guess you can elevate your foot and watch even more movies now!

I broke my ankle a few years ago so I feel your pain. ???? What accident??? What broken ankle??? I'm confused! She fell in a drainage ditch! Which had been refilled by a drunk looking for a " BIG" Mac at 3:00 AM the previous morning. Slipped due to a lack of good judgement. Grabbed at that imaginary rope to save herself. Missed the 'rope'. Got wet and stinky. Ankle went West while she went East. The Northside of her pink polyester pedal-pushers got muddy while the Southside did the crazy macarena. All while carrying $30 of previously frozen gut-bombs and french fries. All I want to know is if the junk food got saved! (sorry, i can't help it!)
