Not sure what you mean by comes up with new date.  Some sweeps are relisted, but are the same sweeps.  There are not a whole lot of them.  Now, you are opening the links and actually filling out the entry form right?  Some newbies mistakenly think checking the sweeps check box enters them in the sweeps but it doesn't.  Good Luck!

Here are two things you can do to go to your previous threads and see how SA members answered your question:

1. Click on the text on top of the boxes above.

2. Click on your name to go to your profile. Then click on "Show the last posts of this person" (last line from the bottom). Then click on the title of the thread you started, and when you get there, read the replies.
