anytime you get something from the u.k is a scam. sorry. The scam emails subject will be really vague or contain a lot of spelling errors. or will be all in bold. here are some examples-- Dr. Simpson Smith Cole YOUR SWIFT CREDIT CARD PAYMENT!!!  --EURO MILLIONS LOTTERY NOTIFICATION CONGRATULATIONS!!! (Your E-mail Address Won)  --Mrs.Tracy Kelly. !!!!!Microsoft Award Notification 0f Winning number: YM09788!!!!!  ---SECRETARY hill john UNION COURIER COMPANY REGARDS YOUR PACKAGE BOX---These are from just today. A real win will be from a sweep you atleast vaguely remember and will usually list the site you entered from and the subject will list the name of the sweep usually. ex--Herman, Michelle    Mott's Scooby Sauce-1st Place Winner  --Dunn, Jake    More to See Sweepstakes Winner  -the last two were legit wins. after awhile you will now the real from the fake.

It must be Bogus, because I don't enter anything from UK and I just won 1,000,000.00 from Microsoft and a 2007 BMW as a consulation prize Batch #409978E.  But in order to claim my prize I need to send my full name, address, etc... And how much money I make.  I went to the internet and looked up the email address for the person at claimssagentt@yahoo.de and their were many others with similar stories.  Would have been nice though!

cjhcjh - as 3mnkids1 said, UK = scam 99.99% of the time.  Pretty much any email that ID's a major corporation (Microsoft, Yahoo, etc.) is usually a scam too.  nono
