I wanted to install the ad blocking prg which requires an alternate method of installing since Windows Vista is the OS on my new laptop . The instructions seem a little too advanced for me. If I install it incorrectly will it damage my computer or is there another recommended program I can use? ...thanks for all the help.

Are you talking about IE7Pro or the ad.doubleclick block?

Unfortunately, I'm not familiar with Vista; I run XP.  However, if you have IE7Pro installed properly you really wouldn't need to run the block ad.doubleclick.  IE7Pro should block them automatically.
